Where are the meals prepared?
The meals are prepared in a licensed & Department of Health approved
commercial kitchen. We use only licensed and professional staff.
How are the meals prepared?
All meals are prepared from scratch using the freshest, finest and when possible
organic ingredients. Each meal is made especially for you! No
preservatives, additives or fillers are used.
How big are the meals?
A standard frozen entree that you might get from the grocery store weighs
approximately 9-11 ounces. Our meals serve between 4-6 people depending on your
eating habits and appetite. For a small container charge, entrees can be split
into 2 smaller entrees.
How does this compare with grocery shopping, cooking
and cleaning?
By ordering meals or packages from Rosemary Basil Time! Meal Prep Solutions we
will save you the time of shopping, cooking and clean up. Many of our clients
are very busy with their professional lives, only shopping and cooking on
weekends, this takes away from their free time and doing things they enjoy. By
ordering a weekly meal plan, we can eliminate the shopping, cooking and clean up
and allow you to spend time doing what you enjoy.
How are my meals packaged?
Your meals are delivered fresh, not frozen and packaged in either, microwave
safe containers, food saver bags, and or metal recyclable containers. Just heat
or quickly cook and serve. Each meal is labeled with a processing date, name and
come with reheating/cooking instructions. We recommend that if you have frozen a
meal, let it defrost overnight in the refrigerator before reheating or
preparing.
Can I order one meal?
Occasionally we will offer introductory offers for delivery of 1 meal, as well
we have outlets where you can purchase 1 meal, however at this time we have a
minimum order of 3 entrees.
How long will the meals keep?
Each entree will last in the refrigerator about 5 days. Seafood, 2 days.
If you need to store longer than 5 days we recommend you freeze the items that
can be frozen. Depending on how many entrees you order, and how many meals you
eat at home, service can be scheduled as often as you need it.
How are the meals delivered?
Order deadlines are indicated on each menu. Upon ordering a confirmation email
will be sent to you, On the Monday following your order you meal will be delivered
to your home or office.
Someone will need to be home at the time of delivery
unless you have made other arrangements with Rosemary Basil Time! Meal Prep
Solutions.
No one need be available on the day of delivery,
however if no one is available to receive the order, you will need to leave a
cooler on your porch, if it is not sufficient we will leave one of our own, and
charge a $15 fee. This fee will be refunded to you if you return the cooler with
your next delivery.
