About Us We prepare fresh quality entrees and side dishes in our commercial, health department approved kitchen. Each entree is prepared fresh when you order it, We use fresh in season fruits and vegetables, high grade meats, and we know each of our suppliers well to ensure that the food purchased for you is as fresh as it can be. It's simple really, we love food and we love to feed others. Our founder Cheri Weeks believes that each time we cook for others that we are giving them a piece of ourselves, Each entree reflects our love of food, and our belief that every one can enjoy a great tasting, fresh, high quality meal in their home. Mrs. Weeks started cooking for others in 1991, while attending San Diego State as a Psychology major, preparing meals for women and men, hoping to impress that special someone. She continues, developing and testing recipes while attending graduate school in Virginia. After finishing her Ph.D. she joined the Academic world, She was always amazed by the number of busy professionals who complained about not being able to provide delicious nutritious meals for their families. She soon began to host cooking classes in her home, and soon she was traveling to others' homes. She quickly realized, as did her students, that she was providing a service that people were hungry for (pun intended!). At the urging of her students, Rosemary Basil and Time! Meal Prep Solutions was born. Named after the herbs she grows in her garden, and reflecting the freshness of our ingredients.
